The first step in any of our personal training plans is the initial evaluation.
During this first meeting we will go over your current physical condition, your diet and daily habits. Once the consultation is over, it will be easier for you to establish your short and long term goals, and for us to determine a concrete plan into achieving them. This evaluation is also a tool we use to start building a relationship of trust between you and your trainer. This is an important step into having a common vision and getting the best results.
Cost of initial evaluation : SALE 90.00$ instead of 120.00$
Evaluation can take from 90 minutes to 3 hours
Following the evaluation, your trainer will be able to inform you of the time and number of sessions suggested in achieving the desired results and a debut date will be scheduled.
You can expect your personal trainer to use a variety of aspects from the fitness industry to keep your sessions diverse and your results on point. Anything from weight training, cardio and aerobic movements, kick-boxing and martial arts to mobility work, stretching and relaxation.
Cost for single session : 90.00$
Deal for 16 or more sessions : 70.00$/session
Where : Gym Extrême Zone (St-Eustache), work place, your home, a park
